We are so pleased to return to enabling in-person education
It has been joyful to see our colleagues, friends and peers face-to-face after such a long time away. To educate, and be educated, in a scientific environment along with our specialist industry partners who are able to display & demonstrate changes to medical devices, pharma and R&D. UKISCRS still enforce an ‘All Secure Standards’ congress process and will continue to do so in respect of the pandemic. Our next meeting will be the 46th Annual Congress on 19th – 21st October 2022. We return to the Jury’s Inn Hinckley Island Hotel for this packed 3-day symposia which will include:
- Plenary Symposium on ‘Dementia & Cataract Surgery’
- Cornea ‘Keratoconus’ session
- Cataract ‘Intracameral Adjuncts’ debate
- Refractive ‘Optics’ session
- Plus our YOP dry lab and educational sessions
In addition we are proud to have Dr. Nick Mamalis, MD to present the Rayner Medal Lecture and we hope to welcome Prof. Michael O’Keeffe to deliver the Lifetime Achievement Award. In between the meetings we will keep you in contact with Society news, and if you have any news to tell us, please do submit it to ukiscrs@ukiscrs.org.uk
We do thank you for your support and wish you safe summer months ahead.
Take care & keep safe,
UKISCRS Council
