Purpose: To evaluate the effects of nicotinamide on inner retinal function in glaucoma

Participants: Early-moderate glaucoma ((VF mean deviation (MD) ≥−10 dB) ), VA ≥ 6/18

Intervention:

Group 1: Nicotinamide (1.5g/day for 6 weeks, then 3g/day for 6 weeks)
Group 2: Placebo
